I don’t work with the sharpest people
We had a training session today to learn a new process that we’ll be using starting in the second quarter of this year. It was a teleconference where we just watched the instructor navigate the page. There were at least 30 people in our training class. Most people didn’t have any questions but we did have a few doozies.
One lady asked how do you go back. She wanted to know how to use the “back” button. I could understand if she didn’t work on computers everyday but she has to know this. Another person asked if she should be seeing anything except a blank screen. This was over 35 minutes after the class started. I don’t know if she was wearing blinds the whole time or what but how could she not notice that she didn’t see anything.
I was so glad when that session was over.
