I applied for 2 new jobs
I do want more money but that wasn’t the main reason that I applied. The first reason is that I want to make more money. I’m ready to buy a house and a it will take me over 4 years to get the cash that I need. I need to pay off some debt first. Then I need down payment money, closing cost money and money to keep in savings. I’ve decided that I don’t want to wait 4 more years.
The other reason is that I really don’t like my job. It’s really my coworkers more than anything. I just don’t want to deal with them anymore. One of the jobs is only a slightly higher job but the other one is quite a bit higher. I would really like either job. They both have a great job track and I can move up much further than I can in the job track that I’m in now.
Now all I have to do is play the waiting game.
