Changing my snacking habits

I’ve been talking about my weight loss goals for a while now. One of my problems is lack of exercise. I’ve changed my routine and now I work out no less than 3 days per week. Most weeks it’s been 4 times per week. Now to tackle my biggest problem: snacks!
